Even though there are really only 2 negative things going for ICNB they are major ones that could effect a few of the positives.

The good
the wine taste's good
the product is selling
there expanding into cali and other states
I can walk down to the liqueur store and buy it
possibility of international sales
possible up-listing
possible buy out

The bad
management cant keep to simple deadlines on;
bondholders (ok if the deal is more in our favor)
quarterly's (will keep them from getting up-listed)
