Gordo, I wasn't surprised that Rich did not file the financials on time yesterday. In fact if you read my post history, I predicted it. The problem now is that shareholders are again in the same position they were in 14 days ago. Shareholders must wait for financials.

Secondly, it appears that Rich is releasing news every 30 days now. February 2, 2017, Rich released news that BEVMO was completed. But it was not. March 1, 2017, Rich released news that BEVMO was completed and it was not. Now on March 31, 2017, Rich seems to say BEVMO is completed, but it still is not according to BEVMO. Shareholders will likely not receive News again for another 30 days as evidenced by Rich's PR history. That does not bode well for the share price.

Lastly, Ryan assured everyone that the financials would be released on time. They were not. The addition of the IR Firm has done nothing but perpetuate Rich's lies to shareholders. Except now he is using a third party to disseminate said lies.

I warned everyone yesterday of what was coming. And it came.
