Company way overvalued. They have about $1.10 in cash and the rest is premium for a pipeline that, outside of a major ricin scare that is highly highly unlikely, has zero chance of making it to market. The cash shouldn't carry any value as well as the fact is it will be spent on worthless non value expenditures such as the garbage pipeline and way overpriced salaries and bonuses.
