Exactly- Many are still missing the fact that if Intel or McAfee or any other large client as mentioned in yesterday's presentation uses Protect ID/MFA/OOBA/'698 , SFOR will get 75%-80% and $ACS 20%-25%. Reverse is for GuardedID & MobileTrust. Remember MFA/OOBA is '698. Mark Kay is holding the beef, bones are thrown at ACS, that will again give beef back to SFOR. Anyone think KAY is stupid at making deals, they are wrong. It's a Win Win for SFOR either way.

'698 is the real beef, that SFOR holds 100% and going after the top dogs for patent infringement & Kay is keeping it close to his heart.$SFOR's $9m Deal with ACS is only for GuardedID & MobileTrust for which SFOR will still be a perpetual seller. If ACS sells, SFOR get 20%-25%, If SFOR makes a deals( with GuardedID/MobileTrust ) they will give ACS 20%-25%, but any deal that involves ProtectID, SFOR owns it 100%.

Now important to note that from yesterday's presentation that '698/MFA/OBA is strongly coupled with the other two patents making it the only encrypted MFA OOBA available in the market, so any deal ACS has now or in future, SFOR is all set for big money recurring for years.
