ACS mentioned several times in the webinar that GuardedID and ProtectID are used together to create the security/encryption tool for these large customers. In that case, then even if you are right (which I believe SFOR would still get 20% for GuardedID) then SFOR gets the 75-80% still on the ProtectID portion. SFOR did not sell ProtectID and that is what all of the lawsuits are about - this patent. So ok, worse case scenario on a DOD deal SFOR gets the $9 million, plus 50% of 75-80% (or 37.5-40%). For ACS being the one bringing in these lions, that is fair IMO. As ZPaul has stated many times, '698 ProtectID is the patent that makes SFOR worth billions.
