That reminds me of a recent SEC complaint I read against another penny stock scam company that was run by former promoters who were faking all their numbers and just generally failing at the business side of things. I'll look for it, I forget the company.

But the part that I was just reminded of was where the complaint described an admission by one of the defendants who said something like "all we were ever really good at was moving shares"
