The "good news" didn't happen until March. That will be reported on the Q1-10Q.

The Q4-10K was extended today. No matter how good parts of it look, the balance sheet will be pretty ugly. Again, that was cleaned up in Q1, but will not be reflected on the 10K that we are all talking about. We are all (well...most of us) hoping that the Q will show a good story.

The K without the Q is leaving out the best news. The two together will tell the full story much better.
