Serious question here. Is ALL of the debt paid off?

Yes, I get the $35k thing and don't consider that. However, their own PR said "key liabilities," it doesn't say ALL liabilities, nor does it say the company is debt-free. The 8K was specific in saying the lawsuit and that septic debt was settled/resolved, but I don't see anything that says ALL debt was resolved.
