Agree. This stock that has generated a lot of hype. There are tons of people that follow new filings, but don't know the back story like those of us that have been here every day for months. Releasing an ugly K could cause problems...lots of people will go straight to the balance sheet and walk away without understanding the entire picture.

Tomorrow is the last day of the first quarter. Who knows...maybe they said:
- We can finish the Q and release it in a week or two
- Let's release the K and Q at the same time
- That'll allow us to show the full picture without the hiccup of having to explain the toxic debt story a hundred times over the next month

Yaz worked all of this out for us about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I'm giving him a little leeway here...
