No idea what that is supposed to mean. The quarter and year ended 3 months ago...what "significant changes" from that long ago could be new or surprising at this point? When I spoke to the company back in February they said Dan had already been working with auditors and earnings were his priority, so there's no telling why they shouldn't have been able to finish them on time.
