I don't think it will be received negatively. i believe this news to be neutral, for the following reasons as stated in the sec filing:
The Registrant anticipates the subject report will contain significant changes in results in operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year due to the change from shell company status on April 30, 2015 and the Registrant’s commencement of its current operations after April 30, 2015.

In fact, if anything, it is positive, since it reminds shareholders of its non-shell status

MYDX will march on to .02's tomorrow folks...
