Exactly, your not addressing the Facts about Neah Powers Systems one employee. Said to be in China. Why isn't he simply attending to his responsibilities in the U.S. Why do you post nothing to this fact? That's not much to ask from dCouto. BOD isn't relevant @ this stage. Higher powers should be calling on dCouto, not some'let's go after him..let's get a lawyer. Cause really only SH are concerned about this OTC farce. Lol It was a chance, but dCouto needs to be brought to bear, nothing more.. nothing less. IMO. Lol
