matt..there is a hole in your plan...if you are going to have a stock board with a moderator and that moderator has no ability to say who stays and who goes...then you have more jail time for folks....if you give jim the authority to stop certain people who cause complete mayhem on the board..then your jail will have less folks...on the other hand if you are counting posts as a stuffed deer on the wall then you want more mayhem because you get more posts...are you going to be a hypocrite and go for the money or are you going to help people that have life savings in a stock or some bastard that has it in to kill a stock because of reasons unknown only that he has spent 7 years hating it...do the best you can..
