Thorne - since an 8k isn't going to cut it, would DEWM get halted on 5/15/2017 if no Fins are produced?


If the SEC has contacted DEWM about this, they would probably give them a due date by which they have to come current.

I've seen some articles that say 15 days and others that say longer, so I'm not really sure how much time DEWM has.

What I do know, is that if DEWM doesn't file the 2016 10-K by March 31, unless it files a NT 10-K on April 3, then it will have missed three consecutive mandatory audited annual reports (2014, 2015 and 2016). The NT will provide a 15 calendar day extension, from April 1, but since April 15 is a Saturday, DEWM would have until April 17 to file.
