Sure..IMHO we need to see the following:

VNDM , needs to move to greater value than .01

They to allow small natural runs to happen (5-10 ticks ) .

We will need to stop watching ..hidden bids / asks tights margins under the radar transaction taking place all day long .

Once all that will stop we will have news :))
