Are you so sure that isn't exactly what Neil Woodford was doing, but got busted with Ondra ? ? ? That is the more obvious example. Others are stealthier.

Yes, NW and Ondra:

. NW tasked Ondra with reviewing/advising NWBO
. One Ondra analyst had a side job on the BOD of a fledgling bio.
. The bio had previously hired a consultant, Mr Smith who once was president of Cognate
. Mr Smith had sued Cognate for back pay (and won, the counter by LP being tossed by the court).
. And Cognate the prime contractor for NWBO.
. Oh, and said analyst took notes!!!

That is certainly an open and shut case against NW. Surprised the FDA/SEC/FBI/CIA did not helicopter in and hang MW on the spot.

Is there anybody who would not have a conflict of interests if you allow that many dots in the connection?
