POSSIBLE THEORY:

The increase of 150M authorized shares could be distributed to whoever this partner is (possibly Aurora). I highly doubt that Dr. Otiko would give up a majority of the company, while 150M shares is about 37% of authorized shares. This is just a possible theory, I'm not even convinced that it would make total sense, but just putting it out there for others to ponder.
