Ya I think that rate apllies if you have over 50k in account or make more than 150 trades a quarter. I have about 25k in there and do most my trading from TD. But I would like to move everything over there eventually cause I like the itrade platform better. Just have to move it over slowly as I move out of positions I already hold...
