Does anyone know if SmartPCFixer is good to use?

No it is not. If you already downloaded spc, rip it out of our computer this instant. DO NOT OPEN IT. spc is one of many malware 3rd party crap that acts like it's a real program. It will show a buttload of problems where there are none.

Shockwave may need an update and if you do, try to find the choice during the install that removes all old shockwave installs. Most plugins do that now.
