I was not inquiring about Phoenix Fund Management and the Silbersteins.

They are not even registered broker dealers with FINRA last I checked, and Allen Gabriel Silberstein has been busted in the past for broker-dealer fraud with his company AGS.

I was inquiring about how this Bright Lights Marketing fits into the picture, specifically.
