Just wondering if someone can explain to me why the prevailing sentiment is that nothing major is going to happen until the next CC? From my perspective, just because the next CC is next fall, that shouldn't rule out the chance of very positive PR that will lead to a run up in SP before that fall CC. Am I missing something?
