On the order of:

1m common shares (2.3b float)
16m Preferred Shares

Heavy dilution in the past, but not since 2015.

Furthermore, CEO Mark Kay has stated on twitter (sorry need someone else to post link) "NO DILUTION NECESSARY" (to paraphrase)
