My son has UP. His gastro doctor has never discussed upgrading from a pill (Lialda) to a foam application.

Lialda is OK but nothing to write home about.

I've said it before, the notion of 42 enemas for relief, I won't do. But for a cure, where relief is the minimum, he would do.
