i think u mentioned u knew someone w/ ulcerative proctitis.

any idea if foam formulations (vs liquid) could possibly cut down on the number of required applications? from say 1/day to possibly every other day...

i know foam retains better than liquid, but i'm also thinking dose is a function of the drugs half-life so it may not cut down the application rate for some drugs?? perhaps a time-release formulation...

anyhow, just thinking out loud.
