That's been happening for a while. Its being manipulated very easily to slow the rise so just in case something g happens they'll be able to jump in and buy cheapies before any increase in price, obviously to flip. Nothing new here traders gonna trade. Once we get solid buying pressure nothing they can do to keep it down. With low volume we won't be moving up much. Just have to wait til news is released to make a determination. Hopefully they release solid news if not many will be disappointed as their expectations where not met and will probably exit their positions. Let's eee what happens. March 31 sounds like a sure date.
