I had 1k sitting around... I looked at the chart...thought about taking a small position as it seems to have consolidated just under a penny...

That's when I ran into the issue of trying to buy DTII...as you see from the link I posted there is a CTO on the stock for Canadian investors.

It is blocked right across Canada as they are out of compliance here even though they appear to be in complaince in the USA....

I don't think this would be happening if the company wasn't based in Canada.

Really glad now I wasn't allowed to buy. LOL!!!
