For anyone's information then:
In addition to filing online with the FCC -

"One copy of each pleading must be delivered electronically, by email or facsimile... to ALL three of these staff persons:

(1) Nancy Zaczek, Broadband Division,
Wireless Telecommunications Bureau,

nancy.zaczek@fcc.gov

or (202) 418-2643 (facsimile) ATTN: Nancy Zaczek + full header.

(2) Linda Ray, Broadband Division,
Wireless Telecommunications Bureau,

linda.ray@fcc.gov

or (202) 418--2643 (facsimile) ATTN: Linda Ray + full header.

AND
(3) Kate Matraves, Competition and Infrastructure Police Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau,

catherine.matraves@fcc.gov

or (202) 418-2643 (facsimile). ATTN: Kate Matraves + full header.

I am still not fully convinced that it isn't also necessary to file copies with the attorneys representing Fibertower and AT&T, which I have not confirmed yet. The public notice doesn't mention that, but that may not mean it is not still part of the labyrinth.
Labyrinth - a way to get people lost trying to find their way.
