Why would Kay buy back stock between .03 and .05? Think about it he had the chance for months to buy back well under a penny. Im sorry but I just dont see kay doing a buyback for the sake of reducing the OS. If he was to announce a share buyback the pps would immediately begin to rise. And if he wanted to make a difference on the OS he would have to bring the OS back down to atleast 1.8 billion shares outstanding or else it would be pointless to waste money and still have the OS at over 2 billion shares. So he would have to buyback well over 500 million shares and retire them. Can you imagine him unnouncing that and than actually buyback 500 million shares by the time he got done buying his last shares of that 500 million he would easily be paying well over a dollar a share that basically means his last 20 million share purchase would cost him over 20 million dollars plus the other 480 million shares. He would never spend that kind of money to buyback shares. And if he only bought back 300 million the OS would still be over 2 billion so that would just be a waste of the companies money.

If he really said the company is worth 8 billion dollars than within the next 2 years we shouls easily be worth 2 to 3 billion dollars. That is over a dollar per share. At that point he can do a small reverse split and bring the OS to well under a billion. And pps would correct itself and be well north 6 or 7 dollars a share trading on the Nasdaq. Jmho.
