Sounds like the Brazilian bond scam. They magically have 5 billion coins that nobody else takes. But they make it sound like it's built on bitcoin, so that makes it ok. Lol. I was surprised at the pps, though, I read their pr and it said they would be giving 1 dibcoin for every share you own, so that seems to be drawing in people.
