If we don't drop to .0049 during the day I expect another T-trade within about 10 min of close. It's almost as if the PPS hits .0049 the trade will be automatically executed and displayed, but if MM's can prop up the PPS above, then they can deny other trades (since the OTC is a "best offer market" and they can do that) and enter the X-million dollar trade as a T-trade at the end of the day (prob at around .00496 or something).

This at least appears to me to be what's happening. Kinda explains the rescue bids at .005 that come out of nowhere.
