Would Biogen release info that they liked A2-73 before they had a deal?

They would run the risk of being out bid by a bigger fish, maybe just to deny it to their competitor Biogen.

So when they release the data it will be along with a deal announcement and you might find your price expectation was greatly underestimated.

The clock is ticking, about time for Biogen to fish or cut bait. But I would not expect any deal announcement until after the AVXL Shareholder vote approves the 'preferred shares provision.'
