First we need to get some points in a right order, CO got the proposal from Bank and Investor to acquire +20M$ revenue making CO to be asap at Nasdaq and to build klickzie in house, right? Right, but to be asap at Nasdaq, Co thinks that a R/S would be needed and thats why they wont use this proposal, because of not willing to do a R/S > to be fast at Nasdaq. So the priority was not to buy a 20M$ revenue CO, but it was Nasdaq. This is now how i get it..

I dont think that this story is done now, because iam thinking, that when we have attractive proposal and when we have found the right CO, which even could get difficult, that a buyout could still follow and it does not to be done for a fast Nasdaq listing, but it could be already done for a lately Nasdaq listing to be already prepared for it. Example early 2018.

Now 3B OS are now reduced to less 1,7B OS. So that reason is also no longer given.
