If a company said NO to the venture deal solely because of a reverse split then that company has got its priorities screwed up.

Lets see the stock price is already in dumps trading for pennies. Do you realize that if the company actually cared about its investors they wouldn't have used a bloated 3,000,000,000 OS Roadshares shell company to start Tautachrome with?

So now they have a chance to acquire/merger with a company that actually has revenues and has a business and would actually go a long way at making Tautachrome look like it has made progress and they say no to the deal because it would be too harmful to the investors?!?!? Hello the stock is already trading at $0.02 the damage has already been done by Roadships whom Dr. Leonard et al chose to use.
