What does the CEO mean by "leveraging the current capitalization structure"?

Quote "As the Company continues to develop, it will focus on monetizing its unique data set, leveraging the liquidity from its current capitalization structure for strategic acquisitions and on continued global sales and market penetration of the MyDx analyzer and related consumable products."

Does this mean MORE DILUTION coming our way? Serious question. Not trying to be negative.
