I'm watching a show called American Greed... and I can't help seeing the parallels to how management has run this company as a personal ATM to pay their bloated salaries!

I think back to Linda taking 6-figure investments from a few shareholders and assuring them that no R/S was planned... only to almost immediately do a R/S!
