Over in TRII land Duncan-Jeffy bought a played out gold/cobalt mine out of BK from Ontario(?) over 10 yrs ago for $56K. He sold a little cobalt to the Chinese before cobalt prices collapsed. Then he brought TRII he 2nd scam to the market, with the final paperwork in just before his other scam KMAG got suspended.
Whatever he was able to peddle in debt notes was probably good for 3 yrs worth of salary. Then after screwing some faithful SHs with a private placement, he went delinquent in his filings. Late last year he sold his scam mine to a Canadian scam, which has a OTC listing. More than enough to cover the $450K debt note he had issued to his private company for having sold the mine to TRII. He got his $56K money's worth. Made at least $400K out of it. In another year, maybe the SEC will get around to delisting it for delinquency. Another DD poster, and I sent information to the PCOMB or whatever the auditor thingy is called a few yrs back, as the SEC wasn't responding. The idea they would launch an investigation of the auditor, and notify the SEC at the same time. Nothing became of that.
