They never lived in it. Nor did they sue the people who did live in it.

And the Uncle who needed cash quick retained 20% of his house as he knew the area was on the verge of a building BOOM and the value would go up up up.
So...only the attys and the companies know what kind of deals these companies have made. Redacted redacted redacted. No way for us to truly know.

Vehicle IP has no telematics business. RMTD Telogis were using those patents and never sued by Vehicle IP. There is more going on here than what meets the eye. Many companies who were sued ended up with Telogis. Those Vehicle IP patents have a VERY HEFTY ESTIMATED VALUE.

So...what about the VALUE of the patents RMTD had which Vehicle IP did NOT get???

The value for Remote Dynamics is greatly increased by all the patents.
