If they were abiding by SEC rules the 10-k or nt-10k is due then. Companies with less than like 75 mil in revenue are deemed non-accelerated filers and get 90 days from the end of the fiscal year (dec 31st). We know that is the day based on the previous nt-10k. But they haven't been playing by the rules so far, so what's to stop them from betting against the sec for a few days to scare investors.
