In the present situation either we are dealing with a simple scam (but using twice the same strings seem to me rather unreliable) either the company is radically changing its structure and activity, forcing it, among other things, to upgrade its existing means of communication
Hence the impossibility of reaching it by telephone and the disappearance of its website
