There are news about an offering and the deal is not bad at all . i will take a proceed financing like that over hidden dilution agenda anytime. i bought another 10 k for my retirement account and additional 2k for my cash account as risk reward ratio here is very profitable and to me anything in this one under $1.25 is a big take sure to the bank
