How about this, when I did work in the orchard as a kid the lady I worked for told me there are male and female trees. The male trees did not produce mulberries but were needed so the female trees could produce. I was only 10 at the time but the question I have is if that was the case, would it be better to have only male trees so the production of leaves would not be compromised trying to produce mulberries. In other words, no mulberries means more mulberry leaves. Or, is this simply a stupid question and I have no idea what i'm talking about? You guys are a lot smarter than I am in this category. Just curious.
