The case of the missing 76,005 YIPI shares

in the table for the YIPI share ownership in the latest quarterly report it says that as of January 15, 2017 CEO Granville's Current Share Ownership is 34,902,376 common shares, yet in the notes to the table it states that he owns 76,005 less shares, only 34,826,371 shares.

Where are the missing 76,005 common shares?
