Hard to say. If the Dr was a complete scam artist, he certainly wouldn't make it to a conference like this, let alone be invited. There's some legitimacy here, we just don't know how much. The Dr seems to be awfully shady in his dealings as nothing is straigtforward. If he has a good showing at this conference and gets some respect, it's a several dollar stock at least. If not, the stock ends up like any other junk penny stock.
