They also stated on CC that they did not believe the current pps reflects the true value as any conversion of shares for qualifying acquisition is bases on the floor price of $1.75

We also have the 6 billion in NOL which adds nice value.

So if one thinks we should get acquisition soon ( like before SH meeting in June) then the current pps should be a very nice buying point.

IMO, these market makers and hedge funds are very good at setting up road blocks on the Ask, and manipulated the pps to ether cover short positions or accumulate more shares at a price they know will make big $$$.
