NWBO is not big on providing dates certain for anything besides toxic financing (and only the closing dates after they pull the trigger).

NWBO has even failed to follow though with more nebulous dates like the time frame for Phase 3 wrapping up that they announced on Fox News and Fox Business several years ago.

So while what you are expecting of NWBO is reasonable, they are not really accountable to stakeholders and highly unlikely to accommodate you.

Therefore you are either going to have to be more flexible or you're going to have to be fine with not investing before news.
