Serves no purpose technically and causes more headaches for the Infamous AUDITORS, LOL. SPCL keeps "SAYING IT" because No one believes deal went through, per lack of filings and Vague on or about or no later than terms. Reading the 8k you will find that SPCL BOUGHT Pixelmags which is Mainly owned by Vert Capital with a 5 Million Dollar Convertible. Next 1-100 REVERSE SPLIT!!!
