Guys .. let me be clearer ....

The fact that PIXELMAGS is SUBSIDERY of SPCL ... that says the whole story ...

They are Converting the shares from one side to another that the only way this can be done. So they can full and utter control, i think the process is taking time ... because the shares needs some trust company to collect from the open market via 3rs MM acting as trust ... ( Don't hold on that i am just assuming the process here)

This process being done as we speak ...

That's my conclusion based on what i see .....the 80M shares today that's sold out of no where confirms my theory
