Yes--you are correct--
As soon as the financials come out you will see a new name , a new cusip for the stock and a new ticker symbol---
They are operating like this to keep from getting a trade suspension-JMHO- based on 60 years in the business---
There is no Solaris except in name only---it is a name that Pixel is living and operating under for the time being--
