Possible converting ownership from SPCL to the subsidiary Pixelmags , transfer share of ownership ... or many other reasons ...and eventually pixel mags could up the holder of all SPCL shares !!!( my lucky guess)

Also important to note its not meant in bad way it looks good to me and i am holding my 7M shares matter what, if this was bad dilution or conversion we would have been trading close to the 0.0001's by now the fact that we are solid at these levels its has a good significant reasons ...:))


Now why exactly ? Only Neil can answer us, obviously he is not for many reasons and one of them could be he doesn't wants us to know until is done .... making PR and giving information will be source of headache for hom if the price keeps on running higher than this level:)) ...
