Read my post. Anyone can buy/sell 911 shares and it will show up on T&S, but when a diluting MM seen on L2 does it that's different. Could be nothing, could be a sign. I've personally seen stocks were a MM is on the ask for days or weeks converting. That MM does one 911 sell and disappears. Then within 24 hours there is major news and the stock skyrockets.

It is what it is. Let's see how it plays out over the next 24 hours. Nothing may happen, or we may get news. While you seem dead set on badmouthing the stock, some of us are hold shares and hoping news comes.

Anyhow, ARCA is still nibbling but smaller bites. At least not hiding their real ask size anymore.
